Admission requirements
The Formation Électriciens online exam prep is primarily intended for
apprentice electricians
who have completed their required practical training hours and wish to prepare for the journeyman qualification exam administered by the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ). It is also suitable for qualified electricians seeking to refresh or update their knowledge in line with current industry requirements.
Although this preparation also serves as a relevant supplement for other electrical qualifications, including the Red Seal and Master Electrician (CMEQ) exams, it is not designed for non-construction sector exams.

The exam prep is organized into four sections, divided into 25 subcategories, to cover the concepts evaluated on the journeyman electrician qualification exam.

Assessment and success
Successful completion of the program requires active participation from the learner. An official certificate of completion, recognized for 1.5 Continuing Education Units, is automatically generated once the objectives are met. It serves as tangible proof of professional development and updated skills in the field of electricity. Two conditions must be met:

Overall score: a minimum of 80% must be achieved at the end of a session.
