Formation Électriciens operates an online exam prep platform designed to prepare users for the journeyperson electrician exam of the Commission de la construction du Québec. These Terms of Use define the conditions governing access to and use of the service. Accessing the platform, registering for it, or using it constitutes full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of all current terms and conditions.
These terms apply to any person using the platform from Quebec or elsewhere in Canada.
Partners and Accreditations
Formation Électriciens maintains an exclusive partnership with the Fraternité Inter-Provinciale des Ouvriers en Électricité in connection with benefits offered to its members. This collaboration does not imply any guarantee of exam success. Both organizations remain legally and operationally independent.
Partner of Compétences Québec and an institutional member of the Society for Continuing Education and Training, the organization upholds rigorous standards in pedagogical quality, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

Formation Électriciens is not affiliated with, associated with, or institutionally linked to the Commission de la construction du Québec. All of its operations and activities are conducted independently and autonomously.
Secure Payment
Payments are processed exclusively through platforms recognized for their advanced security standards, including Stripe, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. All transactions are encrypted and protected by protocols compliant with industry standards. No complete banking information is stored on Formation Électriciens server, as such data is processed exclusively by the relevant payment providers.
Access Duration
Access is valid for a period of two consecutive months, 24 hours a day. Upon expiration of this period, the account is automatically deactivated. Associated data is securely retained for a maximum period of twenty-four months and may be restored upon a subsequent renewal.
Access renewal
Upon renewal of access to the platform, your saved progress data is securely restored and full access to all platform features is granted for a period of two consecutive months. A secure redirect is generated using a unique, encrypted link. To ensure service continuity, it is recommended not to close the page during this step.
User Responsibilities
Exam success depends solely on the member's personal efforts. Although the platform relies on recognized references, including the Québec Construction Code – Chapter V and the Hydro-Québec Blue Book standard, no results can be guaranteed.
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account, without refund.
Use of Cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the platform are used to ensure authentication, session security, progress saving, and service stability. These cookies cannot be disabled through internal settings without compromising access to or normal use of the platform.
It remains possible to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, doing so may result in the inability to access certain features or the service as a whole.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the site and within the services, including but not limited to text, databases, interfaces, source code, visuals, logos, trademarks, and graphic elements, is the exclusive property of Formation Électriciens or is subject to valid licenses. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, extraction, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Formation Électriciens reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account, without compensation, in the event of misuse, attempted fraud, or failure to comply with these terms.
Acceptance of the Terms
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranty regarding its operation, continuity, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Formation Électriciens shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
These terms may be amended at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The version in force is the one published on the site at the time the services are used.
Access to the platform, registration, or use of the services constitutes full, unconditional, and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms of Use.
